All Low Ranks are subject to wearing a uniform as prescribed by the Director General, as stated in the Military Intelligence Act.
Standard uniforms are as follows, and are displayed on the mannequins in HQ.

LRs are to wear berets, with the colour corresponding to their rank.
Colours are as follows:
- Constable - Red
- Sergeant - Green
- Chief Inspector - Blue
- Superintendent - Grey
- Commanders need not wear a beret
Outwith the prescribed clothing, LRs may wear accessories so long as they are professional. Examples include glasses (barring sunglasses), earrings and hair bands.
If unsure of an item's acceptability, please reach out to a High Rank member (7iC+), however the Director General reserves ‘final say’.
Facial hair is permitted.
Hair used must conform to the standards set out in the General Uniform Policy.
The Director General & Cabinet Office may temporarily waive any uniform requirements.
