Cabinet Office

The Cabinet Office (formerly named Office of the Prime Minister) consists of the United Kingdom's most senior members of Parliament, and close advisers to the Prime Minister. Members of the Cabinet Office (CO) are each responsible for a portfolio of ministers, ensuring their departments success and effectiveness at enforcing the administration's policy. The CO is led by the First Secretary of State, and serves as the chief of staff of the Prime Minister's office.
