OPEN DOOR POLICY
The Office of the Prime Minister is dedicated to making themselves available to staff to discuss any issues that concern them. We want to ensure that all staff feel heard, appreciated, and that they have the chance to make a difference in the United Kingdom - no matter how big or small the change.
While we welcome all members to approach us if needed, you should utilise the Chain of Command wherever possible. Members of Cabinet Office are also available via discord the majority of the time, so please feel free to communicate to us through a specific member or as a whole branch and we'll be happy to help wherever possible.
