The Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Events is the body of the Habbo UK Government that is responsible for maintaining engagement, media presence and communicating across the organisation.
Our main aim is to provide activities, events, promotions, media and entertainment for everybody who steps foot through our doors from employees, allies, friends, visitors, VIPs and first timers.
Examples of what the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Events does are:
- Creation & distribution of graphics to promote programs and events.
- Organise and host community events.
- Organise public ceremonies.
- Advertise the Habbo UK activities through its official social media accounts.
- Publish relevant news for the community on the Habbo UK website and host Press Conferences.
- We host in-out HQ events all of the time! If you fancy a game, just ask in HQ if we can get one started
- Seasonal and topical events - we do a lot of work around IRL happenings such as Pride Month events, Mens Mental Health and others.
The Department is headed up by Secretary of State for DCME Haree and Minster for Culture Half.Blood. We also have a group of Culture Coordinators who help us with building, planning and events.
