Case Information
Explain what happened, and what laws or protocols that have been breached? This case is opened on behalf of Apped in regards to an Appeal. Represented by EdwardB. and UltimateBrownie
Mr. Apped's punishments were disproportionately severe given the nature of the charges. His dismissal was based on alleged violations of the Criminal Offenses Act 2024, specifically Part 2, Section 1(6), which designates disrespect as a Class C criminal offense, and Section 5(3), which classifies misconduct as another Class C criminal offense.
As outlined in Part 1, Section 1(2)(3) of the same Act, Class C offenses are considered the least severe, carrying a maximum punishment of one (1) strike and no specified minimum punishment. Despite this, Mr. Apped, who had no prior strikes, was promptly dismissed and added to the BoS list, raising questions about the adherence to the law's intended provisions.
