Explain what happened, and what laws or protocols that have been breached?
Mr WildTimes has breached Article 5, section 8 of the Constitution by knowingly and maliciously becoming aware of information relating to inaccurate employment records, making no effort to amend these records and using what he knew to be false and inaccurate information alongside his Cabinet position to petition the Elections Board to remove a candidate from running when they have a constitutionally protected right to do so.

Mr WildTimes has additionally breached Article 7, Section 1 of the Constitution by trying to implement new policies in regards to how Appeals are processed and voted upon which is in direct contradiction of what is listed in the Constitution. Section 5 also further clarifies that any changes to review and amend existing legislation lies with Parliament and shall follow statute law. Mr WildTimes' proposals and attempts both contradict the Constitution as contrary to what he may believe, he does not hold the power of Parliament alone and his policies are not in line with statute law.

I am not submitting evidence directly onto this case as I am unsure if Mr WildTimes has direct access to it through his position within the Government. I am, of course, happy to share evidence with the relevant parties in the process of this going to trial.
