The Justice Act 2024 states: "Disciplinary hearings shall be scheduled by the Ministry of Justice within fourteen (14) days of submission, or may decline the disciplinary request.", The MoJ has failed to do this and the time period has passed.

zanetheraptor is responsible for the department's failure to schedule NA-7 as he appointed himself to keep the ministry functioning according to an announcement he made (per s1(3) of the Justice Act 2024).
